Great Quality Furniture, Communication need to be improved

We recently purchased couches for a music video shoot as well as bar stools from Craft City Furniture.

While there were some delays, which we understand can happen in business, we believe that communication is extremely important when it comes to keeping clients informed. We were advised upon delivery that there was limited stock on some of the items we ordered, and this is something we would have appreciated being communicated to us earlier.

That said, we would like to thank the team for delivering our order on Saturday, 7 February. The quality of the furniture is excellent and exactly what we needed for our shoot. We are genuinely happy with the products and the overall finish.

Despite the delays, the furniture itself exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be placing more orders in the future. With improved communication, this company has the potential to be outstanding.
