Unprofessional behavior from management

The restuarant at Cradle moon doesn't have good service at all. First we were served cold cups of hot chocolate the food took over 30 minutes to be served and once we began to eat the pork loin ribs were off, the wrap was too salty when we informed of this, we were told that there is nothing that they can do because that's the recipe the chef uses without even tasting them, the ribs were also not well done. Then came the bill, we were charged for extra things and once we let the waiter know we were made to wait for 30 minutes and then this lady who claimed to be the manager comes with her phone to say that she has footage that 9 plates of ribs were served at our table instead of 8, when I asked to see it she refused telling me that we have to sit there for an hour as they go through the footage. That is not professional at all. I don't if this is kind of treatment is based on the colour of my skin or management has no management skills whatsoever. And the manager tells the waiter that we can settle our bill according to what it's supposed to be and the rest will be deducted from his salary. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE LIKE THAT BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SOLVE THE MATTER RIGHT THERE AND THEN, BUT BECAUSE SHE'S RUDE AND LACKS MANAGEMENT SKILLS. It could not be resolved and now the waiter has to have shortages on his next paycheck
