Great place with numerous activities. My family and I spent the afternoon hiking the beautiful 9km that felt like 10 to 11 kms. We saw the waterfalls, zebras, antilopes, Giraffes, snakes, butterflies, birds and other species. There's a great restaurant where we had a pricey yet tasty brunch and an amazing service.

Unfortunately the 3 stars was at the end of the trail going to the parking lot when my mother was injured from the hike and couldn't push through the pain. We saw the staff from the restaurant and asked if we could get help, a lady mentioned that the golf carts could be used at no fee to escort her to the parking and went up in the restaurant to get her a driver. Later on a man approached both my parents in a rude and dismissive way to say that the carts are for people with disabilities and senior citizens.

My father is a senior citizen in South Africa and my mother's injuries were evidently severe by the looks of her strenuous walk. After a long period of waiting and I offering to pay them to take my mother to the parking, I asked to speak to the manager who asked the staff to aid my mother. The help was at no cost however the hassle to get the help lowered the rating.
