Cradle Moon

THE WORST EXPERIENCE with the restaurant on the dam wall. 2.5hrs to produce a cheese and bacon beef burger. It arrived with chicken as the beef was finished, no cheese, no bacon, no garnish besides one thin slice of tomato, no sauce and ice cold. Totally disgusting! The other food at the table also arrived cold and when asked to speak to the manager that took another hour to get him to come to the table. As a manager of the restaurant he took no responsibility for the terrible service or food quality. We have supported Cradle Moon for the past 3 years but they have lost our patronage to this disgusting food delivery and service. They should be shut down as they do not qualify as a restaurant that should offer services to paying customers. All I can say is don’t waste your money at cradle moon. You pay a conservation fee and standard restaurant prices for the worst service and food delivery you can get anywhere, totally pathetic. DO NOT GO TO CRADLE MOON they are a total rip-off and waste of a day and money
