Bad Service Experience and Money gone to waste for nothing

I took my kids to craddle moon logde on Saturday,8 April 2023 for day visit. The intention was to do bike rides. When we got there the place was packed. Waited for almost an hour to make a booking only to be told there are no available bikes and all other activities are fully booked with the exception of swimming. We opted to leave the premises as we did not bring swim wear and was not interested. The receptionist lady did not tell us to pay any fee when we told her we will turn back. Dissapointed, we drove back to security gate to return home The security guard rudely turned us back to get exit bands which are available at no cost after explaining to him our situation. We got back to the reception and the lady told us to stand in the long queue again. Did not even care the fact that I am pregnant. She was extremely rude to say the least. We queued for over 30 minutes only to be told to pay R150 for the entrance fee. Basically we paid for nothing and bad service. We drove back to the security guard and advised him that we had to pay and he said that's not his problem!!!!! This is the experience ever and will not recommend it to anyone
