" what suppose to be a special get away "

<p>Good day</p> <p>We are extremely disappointed with the service we received which was supposed to be our anniversary weekend away which turned out nothing but pleasant.</p> <p>Firstly when we were shown around nothing was mentioned that your sauna , steam room and one jaccuzi was not working , a very beautiful picture was painted and we were excited to use your facilities that was offered to us , next thing we know our shower in our room was messing the whole place , we reported it to the lady at the restaurant as we found no one else around , we could not use the shower properly when I tried using the hair dryer to dry my hair because of your broken shower the hairdryer does not work , and who would want to walk all the way to the communal bathroom with wet hair in bamp air . <br /> Saturday morning we wanted to use the treadmill that was standing close to the Jacuzzi and there we find the area cornered off "private function ". We were only able to go to the Jacuzzi once due to being considerate of other couples also wanted to use the Jacuzzi and only one working , the restaurant lady tried to get the other one to work but failed. What did we really pay for when nothing but the food that was good at Cradle health spa ?</p> <p>This is misleading , paying 3200 for an overnight stay when non of your facilities mentioned actually works.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have emailed you over a week ago and still have not received a reply</p> <p> </p>
