HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
What a horrible and pathetic service we received from Cradle Spa Health Boutique. We made a booking and paid for the service we wanted. They later cancelled our booking because it was just my husband and I, and the other people were a group — so they decided to cancel our booking to accommodate more people. Mind you, they cancelled just two days before! They absolutely ruined my birthday. There is a white lady who was very rude and does not deserve to work with people — she is rude, rude, and ******!!!!!!! They promised to refund us immediately, but they never did. You can imagine how frustrated this has left us. We had to dig deeper into our pockets to make a last-minute booking with Seasons Spa, and wow — they were amazing and very accommodating. I highly recommend Seasons Spa. As for Cradle Spa Health Boutique, they deserve nothing — absolutely nothing. They are ****mers and should not be operating!
