******* or an honest mistake (I think not)

What a ********** experience! I forgot to take my necklace off when I was changing and only realised when the massage the****** asked to remove it, and I accidentally forgot it. When we realised we reached out and it’s been a week of going from pillar to post, all we needed was confirmation that they had it I would’ve even easily paid for them to post it but nothing instead we’ve gotten one excuse after the next no it was in the facial tray (who puts a personal item of client on a facial tray? My other items were on the counter), why didn’t you take it etc…Was it intentional? Initially I thought not, but to be quite honest it’s felt like the necklace wasn’t placed in the wrong place by mistake but it was intentional. There were also a whole host of issues with the place but this one really left a bitter taste in my mouth, especially because the necklace is sentimental and was a gift.
