Cradle Health Spa

I have emailed the owners and have not received any response. We booked a friends package. The jets at the jacuzzi weren't working, the hot water in the steam room wasn't working. The covid protocols weren't in order, everyone's dirty towels were left at the jacuzzi. The biggest gripe I have is that fact that we are in Covid times and the beauticians were sick and coughing all over us during our treatment. Even if it is flu, which is going around the beauticians should not be assisting customers.
