Caused my business damage

I would absolutely never recommend Cpanel Hosting Africa for any business. I've had countless issues with my website being offline where clients would contact me to advise that my website does not load for which cPanel staff always blame something out of their control.

Additionally I have always had a debit order on my account for paying this company, they then allege that I did not pay them so I sent them proof of payment. They never responded to this email and simply suspended my web hosting service. For the umpteenth time my website is offline. My website being inactive due to their inefficiency and couldn't-care-less attitude with regards to customer service have caused my business immeasurable damage in loss of customers and revenue.

This company is not solution-oriented nor customer-centric, they're only defensive and take zero responsibility for their inefficiency.
