This bra and brand is a ****
These bras are a ****. My breasts are compressed against my chest (not supported) to give the illusion of cleavage. The seams are breaking on all 3 bras (I bought a set of 3), which cost me over R1,000, and I’ve only had them for 3 months.
The straps slide out of the clip at the back, and I have to ask colleagues to fix them for me during the day because I cannot fix them myself. Even taking them off and putting them back on doesn’t stop the clip from sliding out. The bra creeps up my back, as though my breasts are pulling it forward (I literally cannot get a bigger or smaller size, so it’s not a sizing issue).
AND it does not alleviate back fat and back rolls - the brand just makes sure to use skinny women in all their marketing videos.
Perhaps the best part? The bras are made in China - there is nothing unique or signature to South Africa, as one might expect. You can probably find them cheap on Shein or some other Chinese retail site.
Maybe the cherry on top is when I emailed them and explained my observations of their products, including asking for advice in case I’m wearing the bra incorrectly (because I got the bra for its “lift” factor and there is 0 lift, just compression). They coldly responded, saying, in a nutshell, “If you’re not happy, here’s how to return the bras.”
Absolutely shocking customer service.
Notice also how they don’t allow anyone to leave reviews on Facebook. You’re forced to digest the voluminous amounts of staged videos with skinny models and hand-selected reviews on their website that are nothing but good - until you pay a fortune for these bras and are met with such poor quality and service.
Ladies, take your money to a bra shop where they can size and fit you properly. You will get better value for your money than this ****.
