Poor Quality Products, Delayed Return Collection & No Communication

I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Cozie

I purchased two bras for R999.99, and upon delivery, I was shocked by the quality of the products received. The items looked nothing like the advertised pictures and appeared extremely cheap for the amount charged.

I immediately requested a refund on the same day the order was delivered, and confirmed that none of the bras had been worn. The return package was then delivered to PostNet Cape Quarter for collection, yet there has still been no collection or meaningful communication from the company.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting updates regarding:

* Collection of the return package * The inspection process * The ETA for my refund

Despite this, I continue to receive little to no response.

What makes this even more frustrating is that payment was taken immediately, but customers are then expected to continuously follow up just to get answers about their refund.

At this stage, I simply want transparency, proper communication, and the refund processed within a reasonable timeframe.
