Disappointed with customer service as there is NO customer service

Do not buy from Cozié South Africa. I placed an order on 26/08/2026 (Order COZ27021) and received it on 08/09/2026. The items are too big, so I sent an email requesting a size exchange to a Small on 09/09/2026—well within their 7-day policy window.I followed up via email on 11/09/2026 and even gave them my email address on Instagram and Facebook as requested by their team. I am being completely ignored. They are quick to take your money but offer zero customer service. Avoid this store!
