Cozié bra completely wrong size from chart

I ordered 2 bras from this place. I checked the size chart, went a size bigger and paid a lot of money. I waited two weeks and eventually my order was delivered. What I ordered is not what they advertise and the size is way too small. The say on their website to send a mail if you want to exchange the items for a different size. I mailed them 3 times, the mail comes back and they say no address found. I tried to phone them as they supply a cellphone number, it only rings. I made contact on their website. I left a review on their website, which of course, is no where to be found. I even mailed them on the address where they confirmed my puchase. They have made no attempt to contact me to sort this issue out. I have had the items for almost a month and they are sitting in the packaging, collecting dust. I wasted a lot of money. I will not reccomend doing any form of business with them.
