MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS _ BE AWARE

Purchased this course and honestly regret it. Most of the info is freely available online, so paying for it felt pointless in hindsight.

The real issue is the payment. I thought I was buying a once-off course, but it turns out it’s an automatic monthly subscription hidden in tiny fine print at the bottom of the pricing page. On a small screen, with my eyesight, there was no way I was going to see that. No clear warning, no “you’re subscribing” message, no renewal emails – just quiet recurring charges.

What makes it worse: in a video published in March 2025, a Coursiv rep admits the payment terms aren’t clear, zooms in on that same fine print, and promises they’ll fix it. It’s still exactly the same. When I asked for a refund, they told me they’re “a subscription business” (maybe put that upfront then?). They eventually agreed to refund me (it wasn't straight forward) but said if I don’t see the money in 5 days, I must contact my bank (bit of a joke when you live in SA). I’ll update this if I ever actually get my money back, but for now: be very careful before signing up.
