Advert promises that did not deliver expected results

I saw the Facebook ads saying they could teach how to use all these different AI apps. I signed up and found the course very insubstantial. It taught the bare minimum. Also, the platform was very hard to navigate. I requested a refund in less than 24 hours and was told that I didn't 'qualify' despite a whole lot on their website about getting refunds.
