Zero star rated, USELESS!!!

I am still waiting for my license disk from FNB and this useless company keeps canceling my delivery everyday for almost two weeks without any contact or a valid reason. They send me an sms everyday saying my delivery is coming today but never arrived and the link to track the parcel doesn’t even work.
