Zero Customer Service

I placed an order with adidas and you are the courier partner.Honestly I’m speechless how did you guys determine that there was an address issue when I put in the correct address and you never called the receiver of the parcel. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Craig and he promised to call me back when the person in charge of the parcels comes back. Shouldn’t they be stationed at their post. My phone cut off and I was telling Craig that I need to also give him an alternative number he did not bother to even call me back. I want a call back and my parcel delivered as soon as possible I’m very disgruntled to say the least so parcels are just sitting there and people are galavanting ??
