Your service is very very poor and unacceptable

My parcel has been returned for three days without being delivered apparently it was an "address problem". After picking up the problem I emailed the right address and contact number and I called and called speaking with different people but no assistance. The last person to speak to, told me that the driver is out of the area and when I requested to collect the parcel only to find out that the driver is at Quagga Centre which is five to ten minutes away from my address which is Danville X5.

At some point it was even difficult to track the parcel from their own system.

After all my enquiries not even one person had the courtesy to notify me of any developments about the delivery after they have received the right contact number.
