You'll have a hard time finding a more *********** courier

I have had an account with Courier It for under a year and in that time I can honestly say I have had more bad experiences than good. One of the reasons I opted for a CourierIt account was for the Pargo delivery point service since CourierIt is a Pargo partner. I have yet to have a smooth Pargo experience through CourierIt. Every time I use the service, someone forgets to capture it on the Pargo system and either I don't receive a message to say the item is there or (as in the latest incident), they refuse to accept it. The most recent delivery was delivered to my premises and cost nearly R500 - the item was a small computer modem with a package weight of under 1kg. The delivery cost more than the item... and this was ordered as a Pargo delivery to save on delivery costs. I can send the same item with Speed Services for under R100 or Aramex for R99.
