I ordered a MiFi router from telkom. Weeks later when I made a followup I found out that my parcel had been siting with them and they did not have the address (which I had given to telkom) Then the lady said they wait for the precipitant to contact them with the address.

I gave them the address. They went to a wrong address and the driver said they had called me when they couldn't find the address. I asked which number he had called and I could not be given an answer.

I spent tens of minutes trying to make it "convenient" for them to deliver my parcel.

These people do not have recorded calls. There are no call references. There does not appear to be a system in place to ensure that there is proper procedures in keeping an eye on your parcel.
