Wow

<p>Excellent service from Zeenat in February/March!!! Zeenat from Courierit is fantastic!! I had to courier my Acer Laptop to Acer. However, I had a terrible experience which I initially thought was Courierit's fault when infact it was the poor poor service I received from Acer. My laptop was supposed to have been collected from me on a particular day, I sat around all day (when I could have been out working earning money) waiting. Eventually no one came. The next day I called Courierit mad as ever and was told that it had already been collected. Which of course was not true, I still had my laptop. In my fit of rage, Zeenat remained polite and calm. Zeenat promised me that she would solve the problem. The next day I received a delivery from Acer who sent me a laser tape measure. Up to today I can't understand why, when they were supposed to collect my laptop for repairs. Once again I called Zeenat in a rage. She once again remained cool, calm and collected and of course polite. I contacted the company I bought my laptop from who contacted Acer who then contacted me with a very sloppy "don't care" attitude. To this day I'm still awaiting an apology. Through all of this Zeenat was the one who pulled through. She fixed Acer's mess. She contacted them and set them straight. I don't think they were bothered in the slightest. I want to thank Zeenat for her hardwork and for helping me. Acer did not help me at all, Zeenat had to contact them and fix their mess up. The only way my laptop was returned to the right address was through Zeenat and not through Acer's incompetence. Well done Zeenat and thank you!</p>
