Wouldn't recommend them at all. courier it name and shame

my package has been send to the wrong address as a result from Telkom, i phoned courier it on the 9 of jan 2019 to change thr address to their Port Elizabeth branch where I will collect it myself, the response was yes it will be send tonight. from the 9 of jan I've been phoning everyday to find out where my package is no one can tell me or no it's still in pta. really unhappy with the service! On the 14 of jan once again oh it has only been captured today it wil be send tonight it will be here tomorrow. is this the service people can expect from a courier service?
