WORST SERVICE ON EARTH

Expected a delivery to arrive on Monday 7-12-2020 from CourierIT only to find out after a huge struggle that it was handed to RWS, struggled for 2 more days to get ahold of them where they advised the package was out for delivery on 9-12-2020, needless to say I waited the whole day no delivery came. Struggled again on 10-12-2020 to get hold of them, where the have no clue what is going on with their deliveries, cannot get hold of their drivers and still have no idea when the package will be delivered but it’s apparently been with the driver for 2 days. How in GOD’s name does it take so long to deliver a simple package.

How do you guys work with such bad service partners. Why was the delivery not completed on time as per you tracking info, sms’s and emails. Why was the delivery not done by CourierIT directly, even when i have had many packages delivered by you guys ( i get told they don’t deliver to my area ) i think that’s a bull**** excuse.
