Worst service from this courier company

Worst service ever from this courier company, they phoned me on Tuesday (26 February) to say were going to deliver my parcel from my medical aid yesterday (27 February 2019). Mind you they were supposed to have delivered it way before than. I arranged for someone to receive the parcel on my behalf yesterday but they never delivered it. They either lost my parcel or they decided to keep it for themselves. I would never recommend this courier company to anyone because they are not helpful too when you call. They care-less about customer disatisfication .
