Worst service from CourierIT - Do not use them

<p> I have ordered a package from Glocell and received a call from Glocell on Monday 9 May 2016 informing me that my package will be delivered before the end of the week. I have called a couple of times, and everytime I'm told that it will come tomorrow. I went to Glocell again on 23 May 2016 and asked for an update, as the waybill number supp**** to me is incorrect. I was told that they tried calling me, which is not true. I was told that the package will definitely be delivered the following day 24 May 2016 and that my package is of high priority, and if I have any queries that I should call Stanley at CourierIT. Up to date I still have not received the package on 25 May 2016. I called Stanley today and asked for my package. I was told that the driver was infront of our Office Park yesterday and that a note was added on the system to only try and deliver my package again after 4 June 2016 only. There is no reason for such a note to be added, as one of the companies in the Office Park placed a note at the gate to say that they are closed until 4 June with their company name, and not our company's name. The driver assumed that we are closed and did not even try to call me or asky anyone or anything. And now I still have not received my parcel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have up to date not even received an sms or a call from CourierIT since the start of the order process. All other delivery companies keep you up to date on the delivery of the parcel.</p> <p> </p> <p>CourierIT is the worst delivery company that I have ever had to deal with. I will prefer to never use them again.</p>
