Worst service from a courier company I have ever received!!!!

I have have been waiting 9 days for my parcel,there George branch nr never works when you try to phone it. I even made sure to use my work address for delivery because it is more central and easier to deliver to and the day the decide to finally deliver they decide to bring it 17:40 pm when I finish at 17:00pm. I have phoning there other branches to try and get someone to give me the correct contact information but those 2 nr just heep ringing. I have another parcel from Telkom that I am now also waiting for and guess which company they are using.... Courier it.....
