WORST SERVICE

I had the worst possible service from Courier It They were meant to deliver my mobile device. They never pitched at the address provided, they never bothered even call to let me know they were having a hard time delivering my device. Instead they decided to say I failed to provide my RICA information when no one ever even came to my delivery address and I didn't provide any kind of RICA paperwork to anyone.

All I got was an sms to say the delivery failed and I should call them. When I did call the lady I could could not even care. They sent my device back to Telkom and now I have no phone. Absolutely not impressed
