Worst service ever from a courier company

Worst service ever from a courier company. Hands down. I get an sms saying that a delivery was missed and I need to either phone the branch or fix it using the link included. Link doesn’t work, so I phone... and there the trouble started. After about 30 minutes of calling, holding, people not answering, I am forced to send an email. Amazingly some hours later someone calls me to update the details and tell me my delivery is due for today (friday), to which I reply that I won’t be at the location today to which the woman rep**** with “when will you be available at the address” to which I rep****, “monday”. Never the less. My parcel is out for delivery today (friday). 1.7 out of 10 on HP says it all. Steer well clear folks.
