Worst service ever

My order was picked on the 30/03/2023 to this day I never received it.6/4/23 got a delivery message but the driver never came and never called but around 20:00 the tracking was updated as contact not available same happened today they never came but again updated as contact still not available I don’t know why reliable Companies still use such couriers because they are unreliable and I tried calling them but it was just unanswered such a bunch of liers
