Worst service ever!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, still awaiting the order. Each time i contact the courier company they have sort of stupid reason why they couldnt deliver to my work address. Eventually i take the day off work and arrange for delivery on 19th march, after waiting almost all afternoon i call and fine out that the stupid assistant booked the delivery for 20th!!! This is the worst courier service ever and i dont understand how well established companies like telkom can deal with such a horrible courier service!!
