Worst service ever

<p>I've been waiting on a parcel to be delivered to me since 25th and was promised it would be by me by 5pm and I waiting until 6pm and again today promised it will be by me by 10am shireen and Bronwin emailed me with these promises like really u would strongly never recommend you guys #courieritsucksbigtime</p>
