Worst service ever!!!!

Scheduled a package for delivery yesterday, phoned twice to confirm that delivery to take place, after waiting till after 17:20 i went onto website to track again. No communciation from the team and note on the system showed ""Driver ran out of time"" I sent an email as complaint confirming alternative address for delivery TODAY at my office, still no delivery and upon yet another followup, they tol me ""Contact not available"" yet i have 50 staff at office that could have taken the parcel. Phoned YET again, spoke to sales lady Lynn who confirmed she will get it sorted, i asked to arrange delivery today or 1st thing tomorrow morning but that she just needs to phone me back to confirm. Still nothing, had to phone in once again just to hear that she left for the afternoon - can the manager please contact me urgently or arrange for full refund
