Worst service

The worst service i have ever experienced in my life. I understand being delayed for black Friday sales but 4 weeks.. From 27th November 2020 to 23 December 2020,they are playing with me. I called every 2 days, they gave me same story, "tomorrow it will be delivered " i am tired. Today i called again guess what. It was delivered but someone else by the name Mzi signed.. Thats not my FLIPPING NAME, HOW THE HELL DO YOU GIVE A PARCEL TO SOMEONE IT DOESN'T BELONG TO? the driver didn't even call me to advice that they were on their way. TFG GROUP do the right thing and leave this courier company. It will dent your name
