Worst service

Worst service ever. First they cancelled my delivery without my knowledge. They rescheduled the delivery and it was never delivered. another rescheduling was done and still I have not received my order yet I received an SMS stating that my parcel is out for delivery. I called the company to check on the driver, the response was they cannot get hold of the driver and there is nothing they can do. Seemingly they do not care about all the inconveniences they are causing.
