Worst service

Pathetic service Landline for the Durban branch just rings. No answer the entire day any day any time. Delivery was scheduled for today but never came. Msg on system says “driver ran out of time” If they answered their phone I would collect the parcel myself from the warehouse !!!!!!!!!
