Worst service

I have experience the worst service ever no wonder the business is not claimed on Hello peter Courier it has been sending me sms from Monday the 6th till today that says my delivery is out but i have not received anything, i have called they will put you on hold until airtime runs out. I have even written on their Facebook page and was told i will be contacted from last week till today i haven't. Customer service is poor
