Worst service
very bad service, bad customer service, bad problem solutions, unreliable drivers. They came collected the parcel didn’t handle a waybill copy, i booked it via email and they still said it wasn’t collected, so my parcel was taken and lost. Second sent an overnight parcel to capetown and it got delivered 2 days later, beachside they didn’t put the name of the recipient on the waybill, when I got the statement they charged for economy, what a **** service I called spoke to the managers nothing happened no solution no refund not even a feedback, the worst courier service I have ever had. I don’t recommend no one to deal with them.

10 Dec 2019, 21:17I don’t recommend the courierit company to anyone, they are useless, overnight delivery never get delivered overnight, they don’t call the recipient even if they can’t deliver, they won’t call the sender if they have a problem delivering, it’s just like a jungle, very unprofessional and *********** workers, managers and sales they all just pass u to each other with no clue of what the solution will be, they promise feedbacks but you will get absolutely nothing
