Worst service

They called me saying that I should come and collect my parcel at the mall. I told the guy I'm at work he refused and said he was given my parcel and was told to call me to meet him at the mall. His name is Emmanuel with a *** number. I asked him why he can't deliver to my place because that's the address I used and there's security to receive my package he said it's not on his way home he'll simply take back my parcel and it'll be delivered in 2 days or so. I begged him but he refused. Very unprofessional. Use this company at your own risk. If possible, specify on special intructions while making your online order that they must'nt use these people
