Worst I have seen in my life.

Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic!!! My parcel was handed to them on Friday and they told the company (Cell C) that they dont do deliveries over week-ends. Received Monday morning a sms to say that they are on their way and I must ensure that I am available at the delivery address. No delivery on Monday and nobody call to inform me on this. Tuesday again received sms to ensure that I am available as the delivery is on its way. Late afternoon I phoned them to ask whats going on. I was told that the vehicle is on its route and will get to me. HOWEVER...at least this time I received a sms (16:06) that they were not able to deliver and they will "REATTEMPT" delivery and contact me "IF NECESSARY". For 2 days they kept me waiting like a fool for a delivery that did not happen and then tell me in a sms that "IF NECESSARY" they will contact me...for f#ck sake...4 Days now and they still cannot deliver a cellphone!!!???
