Worst Ever Courier Company

Are you looking for the most pathetic service in South Africa, look no further than Courier IT (PTY) Ltd Johannesburg?

We just had a case of the courier company being so pathetic with their service from the salesperson, supervisor, and her boss. A router was sent to us by our new ISP service provider but first we had to hear the person was with us and the driver called me but could not get hold of me which was absolutely untrue.

The next day we must hear the item is still in the warehouse because they cannot get hold of me (which once again was untrue), the salesperson then says she will arrange for them to deliver the item the same day, which also did not happen.

Friday, we had to hear the item is on route to be delivered today, after about three hours when we were already calling for the 2nd time to hear how far they are with the delivery of the item we need to hear that they cannot get the package in the warehouse and that it is still somewhere in the warehouse. The supervisor and her boss would have gone looking for the package and called us back with information, they are so pathetic that we are still waiting for their calls.

Every time we call, they say they are looking and will let us know ... so far nothing. We then went to fetch the router from our ISP in Pretoria late on Friday afternoon.

Never in my life have I ever dealt with such an ***********, pathetic, unprofessional courier company .... so, if you ever want to send something or someone sends something to you and they use Courier IT, just know that you going to get very pathetic service.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot they arrived on Tuesday with the package almost a week later, oh shame poor Courier IT !!!!!!!!!!!!
