Worst delivery service ever!

Lack of a zero rating I'll stick to 1, but totally worse. My parcel is 2 weeks late and each time I get a message that someone tried to deliver and couldn't. I called and no one is ever available to assist. This is the worst delivery service ever, even Shein from China is delivered quicker than these local deliveries.
