Worst delivery service

The worst delivery service ever, I've been waiting for my parcel from telkom. They sent an sms yesterday at 7am to say my parcel will be delivered but they didn't deliver or even bother to notify me that they won't make the delivery. Today I called at around 11am to ask when delivery will be made, I was told my parcel never went out for delivery because they don't have any drivers available to make the delivery and they don't know when I will get my parcel.
