When enquired why he did nt call she couldn't give me an answer only that he is said he is coming back to deliver package. Phoned yesterday again 08/02/24 spoke to a guy by the name of Varshlan. Said delivery was to be done latest by 5pm yesterday. And wen you question why is the tracking off. They just remain qyt. And mind you I'm a shift worker who is staying up instead of resting waiting on my package but to no avail package still hasn't come. So clearly will have to contact them again today. Absolutely unprofessional services. Worst ever. Why do these big companies hire people like this!!! Telkom PLS CATCH A WAKE UP!
