Worst delivery service

Dissapointing delivery service. I received an sms on the 2nd of july saying my parcel will be delivered on that day. Waited the whole day my parcel never came. Called the following day they kept telling the driver was on the way. Even now as im typing i just wasted my airtime, there's no communication whatsoever with regard to my parcel
