WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN SA

If I could give Courierit zero stars I absolutely would. To say that I've never been this disappointed in a delivery service would be an understatement.

I ordered new wifi from MTN on Tuesday, 2nd of June, and the representative told me that I'd receive my parcel the next day. Wednesday came and went with no delivery, but I honestly didn't think much of it as next day delivery almost never happens with any delivery service. Thursday morning I was notified that my parcel was out for delivery. Still nothing. I gave them a call just to follow up on my parcel, and the representative told me that I'd get it the following day (Friday). Friday came and went and still nothing. I've been on the phone with them since Monday trying to sort this out, and I still don't have my parcel.

I've already made my first payment towards my WiFi, but I don't have anything to show for it, more than a week later - and this from a company that raves about their quick deliveries. Embarrassing to say the least.

Every time I phone them, there's a new representative making promises they won't keep. I don't get notified when deliveries fail due to them running behind on schedule, and they can never give me an ETA. I have to be present during the delivery because MTN needs my ID for verification, so this means I can't leave the office in case they decide to rock up.

How a company with this horrible work, honestly and reliability ethic has managed to keep their doors open for as long as they have, and even more shockingly, signed contracts with the big brands that they deliver for, goes beyond my understanding.

Here I am, still having to move around my house so that I can find a spot with enough signal to connect to my phone's hotspot, because a company as useless as CourierIt is still sitting with my new router.
