Worst Delivery Company

This actually the worst delivery company i have dealt with thus far. No tracking was information was sent to me at all. Driver then calls me and says he has arrived with my router and sim, i inform him that i put a business address for delivery not a residential address for the order however im only 5 minutes away so i can come down and get it if he cant come to me he says that is not possible as he cannot wait and so it will be delivered tomorrow. I ask him how thats possible as he does not have the correct address and i try to give him the correct one and he says no i dont need it i will ask the office (same office that gave him a wrong addreess). So now im busy following up with said office about this and they clueless as well. Have no idea when ill get my order. If you can avoid using these guys please do.
