WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

This has been the worst service ever! Was suppose to receive my parcel 2 days ago. Calling to track it doesn't help either as there is never anyone available in customer service to take my call, after holding for 30min, and leaving 2 massages for someone to call back. I was told the driver had to many deliveries to make that day and just did not get around to delivering my parcel. Today is the same story . Pathetic|!!!!
