Worst customer service

I have had the worst service today with courierit. They have a parcel they have to deliver for me, and as soon as I got an sms to say my parcel has been picked up, I noticed that they do not have my full address on the waybill. I immediately sent them an email, advising that the address is not complete, and provided the full address. Early this morning, they rep**** and advised the parcel is out with a driver, and that it would be delivered today. I then rep**** with a screenshot advising the address is not yet updated and asked for an urgent reply. Then this afternoon I get an sms that the driver is on his way, and checked the tracking immediately, just to get a message that they are unable to deliver my parcel. This has been a nightmare to deal with!!!!
