Worst customer service

Worst service ever received from this courier company, received an sms that my parcel will be delivered and I should ensure i am home which i did. Then around 5pm i call the call centre i get told I shouldn’t worry as the driver delivers till 7pm. Today i call i am told monday? How when i wasted a whole day waiting???? Who has time to stay at home the whole 2 days and await delivery? Disappointed
